Racing harleys with a rocket is kinda like waiting til last call to clobber the drunkest patron at the bar, really only satisfying if they've been begging for it all nite.

Back on Memorial Day Weekend in May we bought a 2008 HD Sportster.
Thought I have been riding forever and never owned one.
So we tried it.
This past weekend we traded it in after only 4 months of being a HD owner due to how nasty of a ride the thing was.
Another guy there told me my doctor will not be happy I got rid of the HD.
I asked why.
He stated walking is good exercise.
We picked up a Honda NC700X to go with our R3T.

Are you sure he was asking for it? Maybe he was in a hurry to get home and root his wife or girlfriend and has now posted on his HD forum about the mad old prick on a Rocket who rode like a mad man and thought i was racing .

I realize that the big bikes may have a better ride.
But the cost of being a HD owner is extremely high.
Everything seems to be higher.
From apparel to parts to services.
So, I got my "HD Owner fix" and am back to the real world.
My Rocket, my Shadow (Honda Shadow 1100), and me!
