I turned the engine on after couple minute later seen smoke coming of the headers, once the engine was turned off there was burned material all over the exhaust header!!! its hard and dark.... How do I clean it?

Thank you.

Easiest way,,, change the pipes, problem solved.
i had the same problem years ago with a brand new harley, took a girl for a ride, she was wearing shorts, when she got off the bike her calf hit the pipe and took a big chunk of skin, she started screaming "my leeeggg!!!!" y was thinking "my pipe!!!!!"
could never get it off no matter what i tried, i couldn't stand it so i changed the pipes.
hope the info helps:)

Oven cleaner may ruin chrome finish. Test on bottom of pipe where you can’t see it first
This is sound advice. I’d advise one to use way more caution than you think you should when it comes to oven cleaner. It can ruin paint, chrome, rubber, and who knows what else. This would be a last resort for me.

What would happen if your heated the area with a blow lamp to soften the stuck on material

I have always used extra fine steel wool with WD40, to remove anything stuck on my chrome finish pipes and other chrome finish locations. WD40 works as a lubricant while you remove the melted part on your chrome finish.

Do not be afraid, it removes perfectly plastic rain coat melted on pipes.... You have to use 000 steel wool.
But I did not and will not try on black pipes.
