Many lives ago I went on a trekking trip to Peru. It was NOT a luxury trip (especially not the bit involving terrorists and bullets) - I was 29 - and it near killed me.
But there was this tough old bird from the UK - 82. Walked the legs off even the Peruvian Guides.

Loved that!, and as much as I would love to be on two wheels at that age. Three for sure, but that dang diabetes has a way of screwing with a persons legs.
