Not that I advocate street racing, but I'm curious what have you run your bike up against and what was the result?

I've only run a Suzuki M109 from a roll at 55 and easily pulled away. Don't know how it would go from a stop.

We arnt like that here us R3 owners like to think of ourselves as Older refined Gemtlemen

A Vespa scooter beat me off the line in town in Brisbane the other day.. but I soon caught up to him.
Some sneaky prick on one of those Motard looking bikes blasted off at the light down Coolangatta way last weekend , we were both in separate lane split positions , didnt even know he was there but it was obvious he thought we were having a race....

Nobody ever wants to race with me. Maybe it is that quiet, confident look that deters them from wanting to try. Then again, it could be the 140 CUBIC INCHES emblem on the oil tank.

It's your handsome and docile Rico Suave look that causes them to lose interest in racing.

I have a Z1000 under my belt. Both from a standing start and a roll on from 80klmh up to 250klmh. Thats my best so far

Oh and the Z1000 rider is 30kgs lighter than me and was glued to the tank, whereas i did not try to be aerodynamic at all.
