High throtle pissed off!

See if that dealer is a gambling man - bet him the fitting costs that it will solve the problem.

And +2 on the fitting time - 10 minute job.

I agree with the previous posts,
you got a bad TPS I don't care what the dealer says.
It won't show "bad" on their little Triumph issued scan gun, but it is.
One thing that hasn't been mentioned yet.
Make sure after they do the install, take it outside their bldg. and do a 12 minute tune YOURSELF.
They'll probably tell you they already did that.
Don't believe them, if they did, they did it by the manual,
take it outside and do it YOURSELF.
That way you know it's done right.
then you'll have it right again......

Does the wench need a small spanner?

+1 if a dope like me can check and set a TPS whilst drinking cider in Westward Ho! then surely a dealer can do it. It took me only a few minutes to check, replace-with-new, and setup a friends primary TPS in a few minutes.

Got it fixed now? ( classic TPS signs) & +1 on do it yourself, last one I had the dealer fitted it in 30 mins or so, but I had to do a reset ICVS ( Tuneboy) when I got home, as it wasn't right from the off. ( 5 minute home job)
