That looks like a nice bike Marv. Even with a minor scrap on the pan. By the way it looks and with those miles, if you are happy with the price you should buy it. I would.
ks more like a bump rather than anything more serious. If you're happy with everything go for it.
Agree about not liking the passenger boards - which you could sell, together with the bags if you don't intend to use them or keep them if you do. I'd change to a smaller sports screen but all those things are just my personal preference.
Now check that sump pan again since it's been warmed up, if it's not got a leak, buy it. I'm sure it doesn't have a leak though. Mine has a shave off just like that one in the same spot - No problem
Tonight I received some phone calls from my friends: Buy a KTM 1190!!! Buy a BMW S1000XR!!! They are modern hi-tech bikes! If you don't like your Rocket, you will not sell it fast and you will lose a lot in terms of money."
Still my answer is: No fusking way!
I think the best piece of advice I was given on this forum is to buy a bag of zipties and 100 mph duct tape and twist the throttle towards my dream! Otherwise you never get what you want in your life.
