Ha! I've lived on a few different Harley/Shovelhead forums over the years and thought there might be some overlap in R3 members between the different forums I found. Lookin' forward to picking this girl up and getting to know each other...

I still have a soft spot for Shovels ,IMHO the best sounding Harley of all ,I still have this 1984 Superglide 2 in my shed

That FXR frame was one of the best handling Harleys built back in the day. Yep, Shovels have a distinctive sound and can be quite reliable once you fix all the factory-designed flaws.
