I have 3 full slabs of ribs n will prolly get more, 4 large packs of sausages n 3 large packs of pork butt steaks, a couple of yard birds n bringing 2 large coolers to ice it. I should be there Thursday eve n will be glad to cook however much I need too as I should get plenty of riding done on the way in and back home (1650 miles round trip) the smoker ain’t huge but it’s all I can pack inside my suburban support vehicle Link Removed
