By the way, cannot have 200 proof under normal conditions (i.e., outside a laboratory) as ethanol forms an azeotrope with water at 95% ethanol, and cannot be further distilled. So Everclear (legal in Maryland but not in Virginia -- unless of course one distilled it oneself -- go figure) is 190 proof.

So ready for this ride. Between the weather and work really glad i started upgrades early. Taking way to long and getting upset over time delays but know it will be worth it. As far as being 180 proof or 190 proof the taste buds have never complained. The folks I donate to call it FIREWATER. It will burn if your stupid enough to smoke around it. Don't ask.

Pretty sure @JoseyR3Wales Glen's pie is up in that area and it is absolutely the smoothest & best I've ever imbibed!
