Has anyone raced a Livewire? I have a bud in my riding group who has a Livewire and offered to race for pinks. My GT has the opened tune, do I have a chance to beat him in a rolling start race? I would not race for pinks, but would run him for fun. I just don't want to get embarrassed!

According to what i have seen, the numbers are pretty close between the livewire and the gt, the rider will make the difference on this race, careful

Do an 89 miles race, I hear the Livewire dies at 90 miles...LOL

Fairly certain you will beat him in the quarter mile although I wouldn't bet on the 0-60. The Livewire One does it in 3.0 and the Livewire Del Mar in 3.5. The Rocket does it sub 3 seconds but any small mistake shifting and he will take you. Race him to 140 mph. The Livewire taps out at 110 mph so you got him there also. Better yet race him to Pensacola Florida. It's 145 miles from your hood so you should beat him by 11 hours while he charges up.
