Hands going numb when I ride

I had a handlebar vibration problem on my Suzuki C90 - solved it by using a "Bar Snake", a weighted tube of material which is threaded into the bars. Damps a ton of vibration. Check it out here: http://www.barsnake.com/
I dont think itd would work on the Rocket bars as the ends are plugged with that threaded bit for the bar end weights to screw into

Sometimes I find that my hands get a little numb but that usually means I am gripping the bars too tightly. If I remind myself to have a lighter grip the numbness goes away in a few minutes.

Thanks. What is a push pull grip? Sounds like an old hobby of mine.

Push-pull is the normal dual throttle cable. Ride by wire is a gear and electronics, on Harleys that sits at the end of the bar inside the grip, and the grip has corresponding grooves to fit on the end and turn the gear on the bars.

Well, i tried out my isogrips and only my left hand went numb, i guess thats 50% better. Now i'll have to try bar position, if that doesn't work risers.
