Hello Jay and welcome from Dumfries; looks like we are neighbors. Sorry for the tardy greeting, I've been away quite a bit since you've joined and just rode back from Daytona bike week.
I too ride year round even with the afore mentioned road salt and like you I prefer to ride more than polish. (Poor Brahma get rode hard and put away wet often). I think I lost four days of riding due to snow and ice this winter...

@Boog , we'll have to link up sometime. You wouldn't happen to have a Corbin or mustang seat? Looking at seat options and want to see how the seating position is for both of these on a Touring (fitment issues not withstanding).

@Boog , Silly me. You were able to locate a Long Haul seat with driver's backrest. I may want to check that out when you are able to get it installed. I sold the Long Haul I had bought when I realized I couldn't locate a suitable backrest for it. Anyway, we are neighbors so it will be an easy jaunt over to your place.
