Graphite Paint- Black Motor ?

Got to get my fuel tank repainted after crash repairs. I am pretty sure we didn't get a graphite paint , black motor option in Australia. Did the U.S get this option and if so anyone got any pictures ? Thanks.

Graphite r 3s all had silver motors in usa

Hey Tomcat: Shoot a bit of both colors. Kinda like a classic only shoot the graphite where the white (or red) should be. Bet it would look good. We trudge on.

G'day mate , great minds think alike hey i've been thinking bout doing something like that .My tank was destroyed in the crash and the only tank Triumph Australia has in stock is a SE Classic phantom black/tornado red. Going to swap it with a mate as he likes that paint job, im getting his Standard gloss black that needs painting. There was a post a while back asking about a v-rod style headlight/speed screen on a Rocket. The paintjob on that bike caught my eye ( rocketter by Dino Di Drag & Racing) is painted in what looks like black wrinkle paint but i thought Triumph graphite /gloss black would look just as good. Just after something a bit different.
