I had my General Altimax HP installed today. It's a 205/60 - 16.

I rode about 50 miles after. It does take some getting used to. She want to right herself in turns. I rode through my usual park rides, lots of linked twisties. That's where I actually got comfortable with the handling. Still takes a bit of effort to keep her leaned into the turns. Not too bad though. It's my first darkside. I think this will work out fine.

FIRST TOURING DARKside??

IS THIS A FIRST time TOURING gone over to the darkside?

Awesome fitment!

I suggest a pressure commensurate with tire maximum to start. You'll likely wear the center a bit more but you'll regain that original feel. After you've gotten a few miles under you and the tire naturally looses a few pounds it'll become second nature.

I have to recognize the HOG puller bar laying from one bag to the other...is that an an after market hitch mount?:D Great looking darkside tire.

I'm not the first Touring to go dark.

I have over 500 miles on the darksider now.
I started the pressure at 40psi and went down to 34. I've ended up at 38psi for the best 'feel'.

The bar you mentioned is oem for this bike. No hitch.
