One of my friends and riding partners was involved in a motorcycle accident in mid June. He sustained a severe brain injury and was in a vegitative state since tha accident. He passed away this week. Kind of bitersweet. Glad he is not suffering. Sad he won't be with us anymore. He was a Staff Sargent in the US army and has done several tours in both Iraq and Afaganastan. His Bike was his present to himself after his final tour. He will be greatly missed :(

Yes I remember your original post.
Very sad, well wishes and condolences to you and his family.

It is always sad to lose a friend and a soldier, but as you said, suffer no more and soar with the Angels. God's Speed, you are a great friend to post this. Thanks.

My deepest condolences
When you loose a friend or a love one there is no pain that makes it get better but the support of friends and love ones helps you get by.
Sorry for your loss.
