Fuel Pressure? Fuel Injector problem?

About to blow the thing up. Got my parts back and put the bike back together. Fired it up and still won't idle. Took it for a spin and it has no power, like it's not running on all cylinders. Rear pipe is HOT middle one warm front pretty cool. Thinking I knocked something loose in the process of working on it but can't find anything. Bike seems to get worse the more I work on it. Could this all be due to bad map data from my amazon cable? Any other ideas? My napa fuel filter?

Bad coil maybe? Did you check all 3 cylinders for heat? Fuel, air, spark right. So maybe your are not getting fire. You have checked fuel at the tank, pump, and injectors. Have you checked for spark? If you have a cool cylinder it's either not getting fuel or fire. Even with bad compression you would have a hot pipe. Maybe?

Yeah i was just messing with it and it must not be getting spark. While running took low tension lead off rear coil, died, middle coil, no change, front coil, no change. It must be running on one cylinder but it wasn't before. I tried wiggling the wires with no effect so I don't think it's the connection. Anything else to look at other than swapping things around to see if the problem moves?

Yikes. Thats pretty bad. Check your harness/wiring before replacing anything. Then swap the good coil to # 2 and see if it works. Then you know what the issue is.

Any idea where the wires to the coils run? I'd like to check for loose connection or broken wires if I find out the coil isn't getting power/signal.

My thought is Pedro is correct. I would unplug the good coil and swap with a known bad coil and see if it fires in that harness location. If it fires you have a ECU or connection issue. If it does not fire it would be a bad coil.

i don't know what year u have but on mine the coils are triggered by ecu u can check to see if the three coils have apx 12 volts.
i think u can check to see if they are working by placing a 12 volt trouble light on the pos. side and it should dim when the ecu grounds the circuit. this should also work on the injectors also. hth

Now I'm really stumped. Switched coils and the rear cylinder still fires but not the middle so I believe the coil is fine. Middle coil appears to be getting 12 volts. Pulled the plug and it's wet. Ground plug and see a good blue spark....

Switching spark plugs did nothing as well. Could the spark be too weak to fire under compression? Not enough fuel to fire? Timing off?
