o2 sensor is hooked up now with factory computor wasn't with PC. Pig I don't know how to download my PC to get the tune out of it thats on it now Had some one else do the work with the tuning.

That's more than likely your problem. Without having any way to measure the results your helper made it too rich. Maybe time for some Seafoam to see if you can knock the carbon loose. I would also find a local Dynojet dyno tuner and hook the PCIII back up and get a good dyno tune. It shouldn't be over $300 and would be worth it. Once again I would be caustious of running triple filters and Jardines with any stock tune loaded into the ECU, it will be dangerously lean and could damage the engine further.

Could it be that Triumph secretly slipped a two stroke Rocket into the line up
I remember my old two strokes had to replace or clean the plugs every 200miles
