Can front fork oil seals and springs be put on without the Tool "Front fork filler/evaculator tool #3880160-t0301" and one more is the "Fork tube rod tool # 3880085-t0301". I have the spring compressor tool.
I know, probably not, I'll have to buy them. Just checking..

You will need the tool that compresses the springs, but not the rod tool. I did mine by tying a bit of string to the rod which allowed me to pull it up.

Make sure that you drain ALL the old oil out - pump it a few times - then measure the correct amount and pour it back in. Pump a few times and it should be exactly the right level when you measure it. Also, replace the seal as it is easy to do and it saves you from pulling it all apart again to replace them after the original ones fail 50 miles later.
