Did you guys find any answers to the foot peg problem? Im going through the same thing now. I dont want boards but different pegs might fit the bill (no pun intended).
 
Probably not Mr. Bill, this bunch seems to get side tracked fairly easily;) Its beginning to look like Flip's machining service might be the only real option. You could always just pm him and see what he says.

It's a hobby. I'm retired. All the machine tools are paid for. It's very convenient to have the machine tools to make whatever I want, when I want or need it. I was just given a Troy Bilt rototiller by the College. Needed some new parts and the head shaved. Not a problem so long as you have the right tools. I did have to purchase a new carburetor. Not bad though. A Troy Bilt for 70 bucks.:)
 
Hey Flip... since your are retired and have all of this equipment, why don't you whip something up for these guys and post some pics?
