Anyone hereabouts have something like the Stinger trailer: http://stingertrailer.com/ How's it holding up? The owner tells me he's custom made 4 for R3s.

I thought I saw an outfit somewhere in Florida with the same or similar single bike trailer.
Still looking.

The folding aspect of the trailer is not important. The overall weight is. The Stinger is only 6" off the ground and that diminishes my fear of heights :D. It's overall width is 48" making it just perfect.

I'm still brain storming a boat trailer conversion idea. Just covering the options. Stingers are way too spensive. But it's only her money;) Well it will be when I croak:D I wonder if a carbon fiber trailer would be lighter. Is there still a 880# weight limit on the CF wheels? That would mean the better half will have to load the Rocket.

I have a KENDON dual trailer...

It's been awesome. I've been up and down the east coast for three years without so much as a flat tire. The tail gate folds and I can stand it up in the corner of my garage.

My wife can get it setup and attached to the truck by herself. She needs help getting the bikes loaded, but that's it.

There's a knock-off Chinese version that doesn't hold up well at all. So be aware that they are out there.

Hey

If you want a light weight custom trailer and your not to worried about money I can custom make you one out of Aluminum. Any size or shape.;)

You could be a redneck like me and my buddy and make you own.

Bought a small trailer at Nothern Hyd. and a rooftop carrier from sears. I did extend the tongue about a foot, it was very short.
