POINTS OF INTEREST

I've tried to add a few things you might enjoy on your free-for-all time. For those who aren't going on the Ozark ride Saturday, the antique car show will be going all day Saturday. Be careful, the 1886 Crescent Hotel is haunted.

Blessing of the bikes...RAA III

Dear Lord......

Next week there will be many Rocketeers departing from various points around this fine country we live in, all to converge on Eureka Springs, Arkansas for 3 days of fellowship and to enjoy and share adventures and stories about the bike we all admire, the Triumph Rocket III.

I would be grateful if , you, the Lord watches over each and every one of us as we travel from our homes to our appointed destination and insure that each and every one of us arrive safely without incident and that each and every one of us enjoy our time of fellowship together.

I would also be grateful if you watch over each and every one of us in out return trips back to our homes and loved ones, that the entire trip both ways as well as the time we spend together in fellowship is a joyous and carefree time.

Ahmen.

A thank you....

I'd like to thank, in advance, everyone that has taken the time, and put forth the effort to make the RAA III, Eureka Springs, Arkansas rally a reality. I'd especially like to thank Pianoman Dave for coordinating the activities and our Webmaster Shawn for creating this site and promoting the vehicle that we all use to communicate and share our experiences, both good and not so good, with our beloved bike, the Rocket III.

I'd also like to thank our Moderators, Pig9r and Tomo for keeping and maintaining sanity and a sense of order on this website. I, for one, am looking forward and in anticipation of meeting fellow Rocketeers, both new and Rocketeers I've had the privilege of meeting and sharing experiences with in the past.

Cyberspace is a cold and impersonal vacuum. While cyberspace allows us to communicate and express our views and opinions worldwide in a matter of seconds, it will never ever take the place of human contact and the sharing of ideas, beliefs and opinions on a personal basis.

Only a meeting or rally, if you will, will allow that fellowship and if it was not for this website and the efforts of those involved in the day-to-day management, events like the one we will participate in, in early September would not take place.
