I got that same code when I first got my bike but I don't recall what was done to fix it.

If you have access to Tuneboy or TuneECU, you can run a diagnostic test and reset the 2nd tps.

MRDrake,
its the code your bike throws when your secondary TPS is wavering on the brink of extinction.
Let me ask you, is your bike idling high in intermediate situations?
Say when you crank her up, it takes about 10 seconds for it to come back to normal?
First off, your dealer can reset the code so the engine light goes off for you,
next I'd zip tie the electrical leads to the frame or something stationary so they don't flop in the breeze further weakening them.
if this don't help, your TPS is probably to far gone, and you'll need to order a new one.
That's my experience anyway, hope it helps.

well first of all this is a new TPS with blue innards just a few months old, i hooked up the computer with tune ECU to the bike last night to check the voltage to the TPS it was .61 witch i beleive is close enough but when it tell me to adjust ISCV to 72 mine reads 75 i didnt bother with that yet how close do i need to be with that voltage

This code is for your secondary tps which is to the front of the engine as opposed to the primary tps which is to the rear. It sounds like you already replaced the primary with the new part number (blue innards). I'm assuming that you swapped out the right one, didn't you?

I seem to recall that mine was just a loose connection at the harness connector. The connector was pushed back together and no problem since.

I do not see a +/- range for the 2nd tps so not sure about the .75 reading. If you remove the secondary plates like many of us have, it really shouldn't matter.

yes i replaced the TPS on the rear of the throttle bodies which is the primary, in the tune i have the secondary plates are open 100% in all gears

It is part of the "Adjust ISCV" procedure. There is a thread on this procedure on this site.

I have not seen that when I checked it the other day. It says tps voltage then adjust iscv. To .72 volts. Nothing about the 2nd throttle tps.

If I remember right, it tells you to adjust the primary to .60 +/- .02. Then the next step is to cycle the secondary and it should come out around .72. Let me look for the thread on tps adjustment with tuneecu.

edit: Here it is:

Make sure you read down at the bottom where I finally get it right.
