As I've stated on here before, I am in no way mechanically inclined....
Nada...
I can read and follow instructions, but at this point, that's about the limit.

Anyway, to get to the question...
I have the R3T and it comes with a switch for the auxillary lights (I wish they'd put the **** things on already before they sold it to me the stock single headlight doesn't work worth a ****), how many things can I hook up to that one switch?
Just the lights? what about a speaker amp as well? what about another set of auxillary lights?
I want the auxillary lights from triumph, I also want the ones that mount on the calipers like red rockets..
and I'm getting a 200 watt amp and speaker system
common sense tells me that this is too much for one switch... so, where would you guys suggest me doing all of this?
Or should I just save some extra money, get what I want and take it to the dealership and have them do it? (I'm trying to avoid that, I'd like to be able to do some stuff on my own... and when it's out of warranty, I want to learn to do most of the servicing myself too....)
thanks for any input guys

relays, you can hook several things up to one switch using relays, its much safer.. all the juice doesn't flow through tthe switch, it goes via the relay..

Id wire the aux lights on full time and go from there.

Regulator,

You're using words I don't fully understand, like Relay. I basically know what it does, but not what it is or how to connect anything to it. See, I wasn't joking, not mechanically inclined at all..

So, I could wire the triumph aux. lights to the switch provided....
Then I could hook the extra set I want to a relay and hook the amp to the relay?
is there already a relay available? Is it something else I'd have to buy?
Is there a manual for all of this stuff for ignorant people like me so I don't have to bother y'all

I don't know what the power output is for the alternator on the R3T or on the R3 for that matter, but you may want to find out and make sure that you don't overload it.

that makes sense....
Anyone here know?
I kinda thought 2 sets of aux lights might be excessive, but ****, could you see it coming down the road one light in the middle and one on each side of it and two more at the bottom of the bike......everything would be lit up
