Evening guys
Had a senior moment with some heat shrink and my heat gun and now have some wires that are toast! Can someone explain how to remove the male spade connectors from the terminal block ( main wiring loom to the right hand side of the headstock), I’ve googled and searched online but not having any luck. Hopefully I can pull the terminals,replace with new and new wire tails and resolder to rectify my stupid mistake.Cheers

Usually can do it with a flat precision screwdriver like these, available in most tool stores;

If you want to be tooled up properly, a set of keys like the dude in this video, who removes terminals from the block;

Thanks for the rapid response turbo. I have tried as per the videos on YouTube but must be poking about incorrectly, Will have another try tomorrow………..I seem to sort one issue and create another!

You kind of have to push the terminal in first, then use screwdriver to flatten the barb, as sometimes the barb can be caught.

And don't pull the terminal to you get the tang down.

And when putting it back in the trick is
Treat her gentle
Just nice and warm
Get her to hot and u will have a melt down

I’ve already had the meltdown But thanks to the forum and a little more patience she’s on the mend…….thanks chaps.
