Electric vest/jacket

I'm leaning toward the Gerbing stuff at the moment ... mainly because RevZilla is so close and it's what they carry. I can try on the sizes to get the right fit, 'cause we all know that a loose fitting electric vest is practically worthless. Of course the other side of the coin is if you can't zip it up ... (you're too fat) it won't work either.
If they treat me nice, I'll probably buy from them since they are in Philly near work. We will just have to see how it works out (plus they promise a price match guarantee) :p.
It's a shame nobody makes exactly what I want .... a rechargable that also plugs into the bike. Bummer, maybe I should move to Mexico and start a sweat shop making electric bike clothing. LOL I could be as big as Nike! ... no wait .. that's Indonesia with children.

EXO2 = plug in and battery as well check it out. branded for triumph I think?

So just out of curiosity, why are you looking for a rechargeable liner? Do you want to wear it off the bike? I have a Gerbings vest and a full liner and they are great. They plug right in to the accessory socket - couldn't be more convenient.

Yeah, I just wanted to have it on whenever I wanted it. A convenience thing.
I think the "convenience" might not be worth the inconvenience ... Probably just go with the gerbing.

I have a 3 year old gerbings battery powered vest..uses a lithium battery good for 8-9 hours and recharges in 4 hours+.Could charge on my bike with transformer but usually charge in the house to home current.Use it at Hockey games as well as football games and bike rideing. Will replace it with another when/if it fails.Run it on 2 or 3 of 5 settings depending on jacket.
