Installation and setup of tune ecu was flawless. Everything works great. Saved my current tune and then played a little. On the test tab the three gages listing cyl 1 2 3 I noticed I had three different values at idle. 580 570 480. The third one concerns me since I have popping back through the k&n on cyl 3 from time to time. Any correlation?
I'm guessing your throttle bodies are out of sync. I have tuneboy not tune ecu. You can adjust #1 and #3 intakes-#2 is a constant. Looks like your #3 is way too low. Here's a link to How To
Removing the intake plumbing is the hardest part (actually putting it back in is the hardest part ) The adjustment screws are easily accessible with a long screw driver once everything is out of the way.

OK I have a R3R and was wondering what my options are if I don't want to cut my bearclaw for filters to fit but want to lose the plumping? Are there such a thing as K&Ns that fit under the bearclaw?
I'm getting closer to installing TORs (still on back order) and bought the restrictive free crossover today so I'm getting where I'm going to hook the TuneECU up here in the near future. Something tells me my throttle bodies are out of sync. lol
The triple K&N setup will fit under the claw....you just have to turn the 3rd one (the one closest to the seat) at an angle and it will fit....good luck!

The K&N RU-2780 filters fit just fine under the bearclaw. But as posted above, the one for cylinder three (rearmost) needs to be clocked at an angle to fit.
