Dynoed Roadster, not impressed

Leif,
Is your roadster completely stock, or have added anything before the dyno run?
K&Ns and a free-flow exhaust WILL make a difference.

all the details in the other post :)
no worries, can describe here as well.

* triple KNs, RU-2780. no bearclaw to obstruct the flow!
* Roadster TORS, open silencers
* a real good Tuneboy Tune with this, done on a dyno

that is my bike, and still around 18 HP less than my friends with older rockets.

what is left to explore is that the roadster seems to have a third cat under the bike which probably gives more resistance to the flow than we could imagine. the open silencers have no cat at all of course. you can see straight through them.

dyno is good and guy at the dyno is a pro.

in this magazine you see that the roadster stock leaves a measle 118 HP at the wheel so there have been improvements, but sooooo much behind the older rockets!
