I just received my under-claw K&N filters from Flip yesterday. Got them here (Aus) for nearly half what they'd have cost locally. Flip was good to do buisness with.
What !!! TC you only now just doing it... drag ing the chain there ol mate, don't forget rip out ya secondaries while your at it:)

wont i need to remap it to do the triple filters?
depend on what map is in there but yes it would be a good idea to invest in a TuneECU cable costs only $20, download the free softwhare, out of curiosity what exhaust system have you got?

He means take them out CAREFULLY - you don't want to drop a ****in* screw down a throttle body. It could also lean you up a bit, depending on which tune you're running. i.e. some tunes use the secondaries to make the a:f richer.

I use the 20145 tune with a bit richer fuel in the 6th to 12th row and 4columns in L1 L2 and L3 it is really good for the set up I have triple KN jardine secondaries removed gipro /atre.

someone tell me about this tuneECU stuff i was going to get a tune boy or powercomander more than likly a tune boy thou

You should start by reading through this sub-forum:

TuneECU Source

TuneECU is basically a free (except for buying an inexpensive cable) alternative to Tune Boy.

A) I run Tors with Cat bypass and Triumph tune for that set up and stock air filtering.
B) Just sold my triple K & N's to a member here about the same time I started looking at the Dobec.
C) If I get three more under claw K & N's, the Dobec, remove the secondaries, and install the GiPro w/ATRE and install all of them, can I set the Dobec to handle those mods and not screw with loading tunes?
D) Warning, I have a short, dangerously short, fuse and if it fails to start, run and take me places it may be seen in low orbit.

I have TORS, Staintune cat bypass, Gipro, triples, no secondaries. TORS tune loaded by dealer when TORS were fitted. Bike was running well but very lean. Fitted a Dobeck and did nothing else ie TORS tune still loaded (as far as I know). Quick fiddle with the screws and it's perfect - no popping, very responsive and a ton of go. Have no idea what the output numbers are but it's significantly better than stock. On a recent trip I used exactly the same amount of fuel as Hanso, so I don't believe I'm chewing up too much juice.

I went this route because I don't want to fiddle with tunes and I don't want to have the issues others seem to have had with playing with something they don't fully understand. I'm very satisfied with the result and know I could change things such as exhaust or intake and make whatever adjustments I needed without a computer or Dyno. I'm simple so I keep it simple. ;)
