DIP Switch bad?

Popped off the switch plate housing................. Sugar Ants! Not many, just a few - Blew em out with the air nozzle
Like the saying goes: Start with the most simple solution first!
Cover EVERYTHING in ACF50. OK maybe avoid Brake Discs, throttle grips and footrests.

I also installed a set of these knock offs. While stopped in a traffic jam, the bike got very hot and the high beam warning signal came on although they were in lo-beam. Once I got going the blue warning light went back off. Go figure. In any case, what is the bulb light for and what do you do with the red wire that comes with the day maker for? Can i just cut it? One more thing... these things liker when the bike is idling like the DC source needs to be rectified. ??o_OHumm? At least they don't smoke :roll: yet :x3:

You almost answered your own question. If you're asking about the little pnut bulb it's just a parking light. The red wire on the Daymakers is for their parking light. If you want to hook it up just connect that red wire to the yellow wire going to the factory park lamp.

Parking light? When does it come on?

I am guessing one of the wires to the pnut bulb is the hot/red one. Will check today. Thank you

Also, does the pnut bulb comes off easy? I just shoved it in the bucket behind the new beam assembly.

The factory wire to the pnut bulb is the yellow one. If you are installing Daymakers, clip the yellow wire n solder it to the little red one on the Daymaker. It comes on when you turn the key all the way to the left (past lockout)

Thank you Sir

Do you have any idea why my blue hi-beam light came on when the bike got hot?

Next, Keyless kit install (have one ready to go) and CAT delete bypass install :sneaky: (It's in the mail early Santa present). Just so that the neighbor knows I'm taking the Rocket for a ride and I can give the bottom of the bike a good detail.
Of course all this authorized by DaBoss as recommended by Lupe ;)
Hummm what next ?
