De cat GT

I had a Triumph 1200XE and cut out the De Cat losing 80% of the heat , the ECU reset itself after running the engine in idle for 10 mins..

Has anyone taken the decat off ? any information would be great …

Here's an option I considered, but heard that you'd lose torque (if true, maybe insignificant)
