Hey Rayviv,
On the back of the vacuum unit there will be a removable panel with 2 screws, behind this will be a switch bank (As per photo), can you tell us the swith posiitons?

Sorry, just noticed the post about the dip switch settings...Glad I checked, as the cover was missing. Easy to cut a piece of plastic for a new one.
The switches are all down (off) except for 5 and 7 (on). Hope that helps.
Now to cut some plastic...
