When I first saw it, I remembered your analysis of the VR tour you were given at the bike show. First of all, thanks for giving us that bery accurate account (seems like ages ago...). Ever since then I’ve been waiting to see some sign that Triumph was gonna follow through with it. Although rumors have been circulating for quite some time, Triumph did a very good job if keeping any sneak peeks under wraps for so long. There are a lot of things I really like about the direction this is going, and a few things I really don't like. Will probably have to get one and make a few changes...still keeping old Blue, but I doubt I will be able to pass this up should it come to fruition.
 
Another thing to consider - well for most of us anyway, is that you'd have to part with your current one. As they're more than just a bike, don't know if I could do it. It's never been a problem before but that was before i owned the Rocket.

Re ECU, tighter than a duck's bum is an understatement.
