Hi all,
Is it possible to get at the cooling fan connection without removing the radiator or lifting the tank? I can't even see where it plugs in and I suspect that the mechanic who did my 30000k service did not reconnect it. I've been on a few rides since, but all have been at highway speeds so I only noticed the fan not working yesterday. The shop who did the service is quite a drive for me and very inconvenient so I'm hoping to troubleshoot this on my own.
I don't have the means to drain the rad, etc., so I'm hoping one of you will go, "Yeah, just look under the thing there and you'll see it!"
I checked the fuses and swapped relays around to rule them out but the fan is definitely not kicking in.
I also can't seem to find an indication in the service manual as to where the actual connection is located.
Garrrrgh!
Thanks.
