Clutch sensor problem

Arek, forgive me if I'm looking at this wrong, but you should be poking your extra test wire down into the terminal block, not just clamping it against the insulated wire.

I can not poke it in and have ecu connected at the same time. There is not enough room. This wire is exposed a bit , i thought it showed on the other picture

Or should i try to connect it below the ECU? On the other side?

NO i seen where u made connect
and am studding diagrams.

i am going to go out on a limb
because u grounded that and it didn't work i think that the problem is u r not getting power (12v)
to the relay terminal that applies the starter relay. there for i think that your problem is not in the clutch switch and is possibly in one of the other signals that go to ecu.
u need to buy a 12 volt test light.
with the 12 volt test light u can test for 12 volts at the clutch switch to see if i am right or wrong
u can also check if u have a ground at the clutch switch.
u get the tester and someone will tell u how to hook it up.
is there anything else not working? do a test turn signals,head lights high/low. brake lights ect

Everything is working apart clutch rensor and fuel gauge

You wouldn't have fried it doing what I said as I'm only applying a ground (hence the NEG battery terminal) like the clutch switch would do. If you need more room, the ECU bracket is only one screw to the rear and about halfway down, then the ECU can come away from the bike and still be plugged in. I hate trying to do this over the internet, but UK is a bit far to just pop in and have a look !!

I did undo the screw and the bracket. What I meant was the hole is tiny to fit an extra cable there . I removed a bit of insolation before clamping.
In regards to the test light : I do have a pen like one just not sure if good enough or should I buy one with an extra cable and clamp attached?

can you fit it in there and clamp it in place with a long pair of hemostats? they're pretty small/thin.
