Yes you are clear on that. It's not enough that you laid down mega cash for the R3, they need to gouge you on the windshield. I bought the 25" and am 6'1" and can barely see over the screen in it's tallest adjustment. When I put it all the way down I can see over it fine. I will keep it all the way up when the wife is on the back. She can tell the difference between the lowest and highest settings.

That's about it

Billz..... I ordered the tall Triumph shield and there was always turbulence ( not the mental kind ). I'm 6'3" but with a 28" inseam..... I sit very high and the GT-25 just works great. They also offer a vent with adjustable settings but it must be order when they make your shield as it can't be installed later.

The hardware thing has been a problem. Maybe Flip can make that his next project. Good Luck!

That would be great for Flip to make. I bet he could sell quite a few of those to people who want a Clearview shield but aren't willing to cough up $400+ bucks for the brackets and a piece of plexiglass.. :)

Selling hardware sounds like it might pay. I am almost over the cost of the trading, but then there is the little issue of $2K worth of add ons; windscreen + lowers, crashbars, sissy bar, bags (Triumph are $800) and heated grips. I will wait on the Jardines.

If I loose sleep all weekend I'll pull the trigger. Or throw some new shoes on the Tiger and wait til next year.

Tell your dealer to step up to the plate;) Also there are just as good looking bags that are better quality than the triumph bags. I gave $500 for bags and easy brackets (see my pics), plus I can take them off easily with no unsightly brackets.
