Can't afford tuneboy so what can you change with tuneecu?

Pretty much everything that you can with TuneBoy. If you aren't revving to 9,000RPM, or forcing air in, then TuneECU will do what you need.

I've noticed that there seems to be some clones that may or may not work
Where is a safe bet to get one in Australia or ebay?

TuneECU can be downloaded from the TuneECU website (www.tuneecu.com), or from the Play Store if you have a 'Droid.
