Cam Chain Tensioner Noise!

If they had that motor in pieces and put it back together and its rattling, then it ain't right, you need to take it back and if they wont do anything about it you should lodge a complaint in writing so you have proof there was something not right in case you have a problem in the near future IMO

That ain't normal Templar... Alot of R3s have a little noise when warmiing up... (mine does, always has)... Somebody installed something incorrectly or perhaps the chain needs a slight adjustment...

Templar, the kit being installed on my bike ( in for popping out of 4th gear and hard to get into 5th above 3500 rpm) includes every upgraded part Triumph has had to change since 04. Read all the different threads of all the many problems some have had and the result apparently is a very large box with everything from cam chain tentioners to trans gears to obscure wiring harnesses. I'm still waiting so I don't have the complete list but will post it when they finish.
