Bungee bolts (not nuts)

I would like to replace the fender bolts (2 M10x1.25x45 and 2 M8x1.25x33) with bungee bolts. I have been searching and found bungee nuts, but the nut inside the fender seems to be welded in place.

I would like to reduce the scratching from using the fender rack. Does anyone know where you can get bolts to replace the fender bolts?

You can get bolts that fit that are meant for attaching Leatherlyke saddle bags or Easy Brackets or Ghost Brackets.

Check out those sites and if you like them see if you could order only those parts.

Corbin Beetle bags come with a threaded bolt that you could put a bungee nut on, if you really would want to.
