I put my new flyscreen on today "Thanks Mittzy" looks great but i was messing around with my led lights and broke one of the tabs off of my horn cover. Does anyone have one lying around they dont want?

Here is my ***** with her new screen

I broke a tab on mine too. Got a small flat piece of steel with a hole in it and glued it over the join (I still had the broken bit) to reinforce it. Seems to be holding.
When are you fitting the fluffy seat cover.

Mitch how do you find that screen ? Does it make a difference at 100 ?

Sorry Mitchy I don't have a spare horn cover ..was going to suggest glue or plastic welding it too ... bikes looking great mate.

I have seen a couple of them break in exactly the same place was it on the riders left where the mounting tab meets the main part.
Try "RapiFix" available at AutoPro and most auto accessory shops it is a powder and a liquid it ia super strong and wont need any plating or reinforcement, working on the back out of the bracket line up the broken piece and simply put a drop on the two surfaces, hold together .. put some powder on the joint and put another drop apply some more powder till built up a little sets rock hard in seconds

guess what...... I broke the left tab off mine a couple of weeks ago........ the plastic is very soft and as I undid the button head screw it just twisted off

Screen looks good also

Yup, ....that is how the two I have seen broke as well one of which was my own and I certainly never over tightened it, obviously a faulty product,

Oh and the Screen looks Good Mitch
