Not with RamAir, he didn't.
But to save you having to read it, my question to him was, I want the best for your build, he knows I run ram air and he responded about the ram air, text attached sir

I’ve got the exhaust side covered I believe with ozrider and the Viking covering that, I’ve got the parts from the tin shed and the aspiring one building it check covered, I just don’t want air ram to hinder even a little bit, this is why I’m contemplating not using ram air even though on stock as @1olbull stated ram air did better on dyno so I know he’s right and Claviger said shouldn’t be hugh difference, thing is after all this I want the air intake to also be the best it can be, that’s all I’m looking at

I responded only to what you had written, Amigo. :D
Rob did not make 239 RWP using Ram Air.

This is a bit like an oil thread. The RAMAIR is very good for those who wish to retain the bearclaw. So are the unifilters pictured above, but they are a bit fiddly and require regular cleaning, which folk are not inclined to do often. I have tested the ramair over a set of RU1770 K&Ns and the bike did 203hp with 1770's and 199hp with ramair. It is not just the filter medium, but the open filters allow cool air to get to the filter. The 4040 filters are good but expensive. SN2510 is another good number K&N. I have been using the 1770's for at least ten or twelve years, but most folk wish to keep the bearclaw. On a completely stock engine with an exhaust only, pretty much any filters will do the same, ramair, 2780 , uni's, whatever fits under the claw.

Originally I just used some 2" spa hose and pvc elbows, which is very easy to work with. Just cut to length, glue together and paint it red. Then (cause bigger is always better) I found out they sell universal intake/intercooler kits on Amazon.

Like Red said to Andy "Hope is a good thing" ...!! I'm hoping they'll stay attached....!:unsure:

Done deal for me , 1770 s on the way, thank you Mr. Hutton (as in E.F.)

No doubt, but the mile is not looking good, steering stabilizer and some safety tie issues on touring might kill that dream ! I’d like to know where @CamaroCarl has tested speed to with them jokers, maybe I’ll ask
I did add a large ziptie to each one, (kinda like safety wire) that's not in the photos. I've said before I'm not much into top speed, I'm more interested in how fast I can get from 0 to 80mph or so. I do go up to 100 sometimes, have only had these up to 90 so far. I don't know the top speed of the camaro yet either.

My Mustang is limited to 155 mph by the manufacturer. I may or may not have installed a custom tune that removed the speed limiter. Your Camaro may be the same.;)
