hey guys when i first start the bike up and let it run for a bit and give it a small quickthrottle it almost sounds like its coughing or missing through the intake, just once in a while though??? like a pop!!! with 459 miles it probably just needs ran or fresh gas!!!what do you all think???

The oil is synthetic ... why change it? But the gas ain't ... that shouldn't be run through a lawn mower if it's sat for a year or more.
Popping through the intake .... if it's been trippled, thats just the way it is baby. Sitting at a light and reving it will cause it to pop from loading fuel under the throttle bodies, thats normal. If I sit in the heat, at a light, and burp the throttle just before I leave it will do that .... so I don't do that.

I stared at the link for a solid 30 seconds and just couldn't bring myself to give it a click. Maybe somebody braver than I will report on the content.....
I wouldn't say I'm braver ... just have less to lose.
Sorry, 'www.handsomedaryl.com' does not exist or is not available

Congratulation am glad to see you finally got a rocket III . And it sounds like for a good price, maybe I'll run into you up and down the Parkway watch out for the coal trucks.

so whats eveyones opinion will synthetic oil go bad setting in a engine or not????
My opinion is that clean synthetic will last forever. It's the contaminents that would cause problems, but with a dry sump the oil isn't in contact with engine parts when it just sits. So personally, I'd get the use out of the oil before just tossing it out. Follow the service intervals for the bike ... you can't go wrong.

IM with you Hellfire IM gonna put a couple thousand miles on the oil before I change it,it wouldnt have went bad setting in the bike!!!
