Went to Bonneville reborn last night held at Triumph Philadelphia formerly Manayunk Triumph.
They had a pretty good turn out 200+ people, open bar, good appetizers, good looking women and some new bikes to check out! If you get a chance to go it's worth the while. Here's a couple of pictures.

Yes they started up the street twin and it did sound very nice. Triump rep said they were not allowed to start, run or sell any of the new bikes because of some US government red tape?? Yet the street twin had Georgia tags and a female rider drove it into the showroom trying to burn rubber, but all I could smell was burning clutch!
Can't wait to hear what the 1200 sounds like!
I went to the event at Motorcycles of Dulles (Wash DC area) and they started the Street Twin. Great sound. Really sounded nice. Several people put deposits down on the Thruxton R and T120 Black.
Some observations:
No SAI (Air Induction) crap on the new engines. This is the tube that sits alongside the spark plug on the 865cc engines that everyone removes the minute they take it home.
Street Twin and future 900cc derivatives has a single throttle body.
All 1200cc engines have twin throttle bodies.
The old cheese grater covers have been revised significantly. Not sold on the look yet.
Absolutely love the exhaust header cooling fins. So old school. Weird that the O2 sensor is placed in the ring.
Radiator was done well. Does not detract from the overall look. Doesn't look much different than an oil cooler, just a bit taller.
The gauge housing on the Street Twin looked a bit too plastic for my tastes.
