Back on the Road (again)

I have for years been taking scenic trips to pick up motorcycles because I'm pretty much a moto lunatic. Tomorrow I'm headed to Florida to acquire this:


The last time I went over a thousand miles it was to pick up a 98 Honda Valkyrie. I hate it when the seller agrees to my offer and then I'm committed. On the other hand I'm thinking I'll enjoy taking this thing for short blasts out and about.....

I'm on the Big Bend near Perry, let me know if you need a way station overnight or want to meet for lunch, dinner, or a ride.
