I don't know about the swap in years, but I can tell you the difference between a stock tune in my 2023 GT and putting in a Penner tune is very noticeable.

My Rocket now feels closer to this:

Nope.

I've got a KTM 1290 22 evo and if I compare dynos from Cycle world and BT moto it could be interpreted that CW calculates RWHP while BTmoto interepets hp at the crank.
