Are you planning any mods over the winter ?

Here is what I will be doing:

- Installing the Garmin XT2 and tapping into the right circuit so it runs only when the bike is on. I need help figuring out best place to tap into.
- Taking the seat to a custom place to add a diamond stitched gel seat cover. Luimoto | Motorcycle Seat Covers | Comfort Gel | Tank Grips and More. They are in Vancouver and I am there almost weekly for work so it should be easy to take it in person.
- adding some carbon .. specifically the radiator shroud and all the fluid covers.
- Maybe get the panniers if the forest fire smoke does not come back and I can actually do a long trip here in western Canada
- Getting the bike venture shielded now as we speak.

I have the XT installed and tapped into the DIN plug wiring. You take the windshield off and the cover to access the wiring.

Basically paint protection film. 3M or XPel are common names. Mine is actually XPel had it on all my bikes and has kept the paint looking brand new.

Nice. I ceramic coated the bike as soon as I got it but ill definitely look into this as well.

Can’t recommend it enough especially if you’re keeping a bike for a while.
