Anyone running 412s?

Got a possible deal on some Progressive 412s - anyone using these shocks? or tried them / switched them out for the 440s? Reasons?

Have the 11.5" 412s. Took them off of my VTX. They ride great, alot better than stock, more stable feel. Also like the look of the bike lowered just a bit.
