I was in Idaho Springs, Co today. Came up to drive to the top of Mt Evans, which is a very popular biker attraction. I was told by other bikers it's closed due to road damage from heavy recent rains. I mention this so you'll be aware it may remain closed til August 15th. So if this road is on your Colorado Adventure I suggest you call first. Also the Buffalo Bar restaurant is closed as well. Yes I did, sounds awesome. I shoot in 3 Gun Nation competition, my last shoot of the season is that weekend. The other issue is how quickly I recover from spinal surgery. Have a ruptured disc, the surgery is very minor outpatient stuff but, I'll be on lite duty for six weeks. I'm in great shape for my age, but at age 66 I just don't posses the recuperative ability of guys your age. Maybe I a nurse like WARP 9.9.....
