Any Events/Rides Planned?

I will be riding up to Sturgis with 3 other guys. Leaving on 7/23 to meander through the Rockies. Should be in Sturgis on or about 7/30

I was in Idaho Springs, Co today. Came up to drive to the top of Mt Evans, which is a very popular biker attraction. I was told by other bikers it's closed due to road damage from heavy recent rains. I mention this so you'll be aware it may remain closed til August 15th. So if this road is on your Colorado Adventure I suggest you call first. Also the Buffalo Bar restaurant is closed as well. Hope to see you in Sturgis....

Thanks for the info...we typically dont know where we are going until we get there but this helps eliminate one more dead end

New Info, Idaho Springs, Colorado...Mt Evans reopened..close for winter the Tuesday after Labor Day...

Yes I did, sounds awesome. I shoot in 3 Gun Nation competition, my last shoot of the season is that weekend. The other issue is how quickly I recover from spinal surgery. Have a ruptured disc, the surgery is very minor outpatient stuff but, I'll be on lite duty for six weeks. I'm in great shape for my age, but at age 66 I just don't posses the recuperative ability of guys your age. Maybe I a nurse like WARP 9.9.....
