Rocket Touring 2008
Have been waiting a long time for this day and it finally came. Riding a preloved touring that has been parked aside for months if not years.

I swear I wasn't really speeding but was forced to squeeze my brakes a little harder that normal due to traffic. The bike fish tailed. I thought that was going to be my first and last day riding this bike.

I decided that the tires must be changed immediately but Guess what... Big bikes like rocket aren't a common sight here and ordering the exact size may have to take up to 3 months.

Was really hoping that someone here can share if I can actually fit tyres of other sizes? E.g goldwing 180/60 r16. Pardon the ling story for such a simple question.

It's the very good rear brake that causes this, I did it several times the first couple years I had the bike, then I got used to it and forgot about it. My take on this, anyway.

Adjust your rear brake linkage for longer travel
I don't know if touring has the ability for that, but standard's do, so give it a look
