Went out for a nice long blast Saturday afternoon and ran into several miles od very wet weather. Water in my boots and a soggy bum where the rain drives over the tank and collects around your nuts.
The bike got filthy but that gave me a good excuse to spend an afternoon cleaning it with a drink or two at hand and the radio on

You did a fine clean job!
The wet nuts must be a function of that tiny screen.
I have never experienced that behind my OEM shield. :p

Looks nice....In spite of what some people say, a clean bike is a happy bike! Beside, when you clean your bike it give you a chance to look things over closely and maybe see something that might need to be addressed.

I will trade you the rain for the bugs. With all the rain we have received in Oklahoma here lately the bug population is horrible. Ride twenty miles and you have to stop and clean your visor off. Started to carry a small spray bottle with rags just so I can see were I am going. (LIKE THE BIKE)

when i was mud bogging i would use racing tear offs. worked good.
u just use small pieces of scotch tape to hold each one on.

OK @Blackthou, so you & Sonny have started a wash off competition? (glad it's just a wash off )
I got inspired to clean mine....
